Did you know that all proceeds from the Mangawhai Walking Weekend are distributed back to our community and the 2017 event raised $13,000 which has been distributed to three worthy local causes.

• The Mangawhai Tracks Community Trust who continue to maintain tracks and build new experiences for us to enjoy, to learn more about the trust mangawhaitracks.com
• The Kaiwaka and Mangawhai Scouts Group who provide various services across the weekend
• our wonderful Mangawhai Volunteer Fire Brigade
