The Mangawhai Walking Weekend is back!

November 12, 2020 by web2blog 2 Comments

Mangawhai Walking Weekend
27-28 March 2021

The new committee are thrilled to finally let you know that planning is now underway for the 2021 Mangawhai Walking Weekend.

With all the challenges of 2020 affecting future events, our new smaller team have carefully selected a range of walks to cover the best of our beautiful Northland ocean, estuary and bush.  While walks are still being refined there will be an inspiring selection of Mangawhai adventures available to explore.

Both the Walking Weekend and Food and Wine Festival are underwritten by our Charitable Trust. During these uncertain times, we have reluctantly decided to put the Food and Wine Festival on hold for another year.

The Walking  Weekend event can only happen as long as we remain in Level One, for this reason, bookings will  open online probably by mid-late February.

Thank you for keeping in touch and we look forward to keeping you updated for 2021.  In the meantime safe and happy walking to you all.

Oh this is absolutely wonderful news. So looking forward to it. I have done a few walks with the Warkworth walks but was so keen to do one with you guys (Jean Goldschmidt is one of my fellow Tiritiri guides :-). I was gutted when 2020 was cancelled. Thank you so much for putting it all together for us.
